Due to removal of permissions for Exchange Online, we are currently not able to create distribution groups and email aliases. The effects of this is that Capabilities created after that point are unable to receive emails from AWS and other third-party providers. We're awaiting details from the team managing Exchange Online as to why this is now broken..
